PREMIUM SERVICES FOR CHILDREN
Extra Curricular Activities
FAST (Foundations All Sports Training)
The Program
FAST is geared to lead children in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that would allow them to become physically active for a lifetime. Over the duration of the program, our instructor will assist children in discovering their personal interests related to physical activity and then guide them in developing the competence that leads to confidence and regular participation in a sport or physical activity. Open communication will be vital in your children getting the most out of our program. We will have monthly newsletters including brief sketches of our sessions, along with activity suggestions for parents and children to enjoy together. We have an open door policy and would love for you to join your children in this journey if time allows.
